Dadon brings extensive experience in institutional landlord representation and corporate tenant representation across the Austin market. His background spans industrial and office/flex leasing, investment sales, dispositions, and large-scale portfolio management – with a track record of driving occupancy, improving rental performance, and executing complex leasing strategies for a diverse range of institutional clients throughout the Greater Austin area.

Olivia Reed, Vice President
A born-and-raised Austinite, Reed brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience with deep expertise in industrial and flex leasing. She has been involved in transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet, advising institutional owners, developers, and Fortune 500 companies on leasing strategy, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions at both local and national levels. Recognized on the Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list in her first year as a broker, Reed is known for closing deals efficiently while delivering strong outcomes for owners and occupiers alike.
