Win Scott

Win brings more than a decade of commercial real estate brokerage experience to the Lee & Associates Austin team. He supports the firm’s national data center brokerage platform, specializing in site selection strategies for mission-critical facilities. A sixth-generation Austinite, Win also plays a key role in the firm’s Central Texas land brokerage efforts, where his market knowledge and experience are valuable resources for both clients and the broader team.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Win held roles with several real estate brokerage and development firms, including Transwestern, RESOLUT RE, SEC-registered Rockspring, and most recently, Evergreen Commercial Real Estate.

Win graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a major in Geography and holds a Certificate in Energy Technology and Policy from the McCombs School of Business. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas since 2015. Outside of the office, Win is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing and enjoys serving his church.
