Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Robert specializes in land acquisition on Lee & Associates’ national data center brokerage platform, bringing site selection and development expertise to this dynamic and fast-growing market. He delivers strategic, data-driven solutions to ensure client success throughout the development process, with a focus on complex, infrastructure-intensive sites. Robert works closely with developers, investors, and operators to align real estate strategy with power, connectivity, and long-term scalability requirements.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Robert spent two years in retail acquisitions with RCG Ventures, working on the transaction of nearly $2 billion of multi-tenant real estate. Through acquisitions and asset management, he built relationships with institutional investors and operators and underwrote hundreds of institutional-quality assets. This background allows Robert to provide exceptional service and meet the demands of the evolving data center market with a disciplined, investment-oriented approach.
Robert graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business. In his free time, Robert enjoys playing golf, hunting, and attending college football games.
