Co-Managing Principal at Lee & Associates – Austin, Mitchell leads the firm’s industrial and flex real estate sector. With a deep knowledge of project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions, Mitchell delivers strategic solutions that fuel client success and drive the firm’s growth across Central Texas.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mitchell spent nearly a decade at Stream Realty Partners, earning a reputation as one of the region’s most productive professionals. He oversaw an 8 million SF portfolio and completed over 540 transactions totaling 9.5 million SF and $1B in volume. His clients included leading institutional owners such as LINK, MIG, DRA Advisors, IDI Logistics, EastGroup Properties, Principal, and Greystar. A three-time CoStar Power Broker (2022–2024) and frequent ABJ Heavy Hitter, Mitchell is recognized for his consistent performance.
Mitchell holds a BBA in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate from UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business, where he also played for the Texas Longhorns and earned All-Big 12 Academic Honors. His competitive drive and Austin roots continue to shape his impact on the industry.
